For over 3 years our team had been involved in managing luxurious 5-star properties on Cape Cod, MA that were rented on Homeaway and Airbnb. The magnificent place with large 'mansions' and gorgeous landscapes - it is surely an attraction for a wealthy with extremely high demands.
With the experience of serving the most demanding customers, we have decided to transfer our skill set, earned over the years, to Israel and open up the world of 'immaculate clean' and great management to everyone!
We take care of a wide range of property management services for Airbnb rentals, but our core lines of business are turnovers. We value long-term relations with our clients and look to take cleaning worries off your shoulders.

Airbnb, booking.com, VRBO? Whatever it is, all we know is it must be clean before every check-in. We've hosted, so you can trust us!
laundry and linen rental
Ain't got no washer, ain't got no dryer? Thanks, Nina Simone, no worries :) We will pick up your dirty laundry and bring the freshest one instead!
Inventory watch
We will take care of your inventory and bring it over if it is low. Soaps, paper good, even batteries in the remote controls :)
Property management
Are you abroad? Looking to rent out your property and make $$$? We take care of your home like it is ours and help you make a profit on it. Our management fee is 30%. Please inquire via email.
ECO-FRIENDLY&
AUTOMATED
Oh yes, we take it seriously. There is absolutely no paper-towels, water-waste or unnecessary usage of chlorine-contaminated materials with Lemon TLV. We train our cleaners to be eco-responsible cleaners. And even though we can't be 100% eco-friendly, we try our best to select the products that have less bad stuff in it. For your and your guest's health and the health of the mother Earth - Amen!
In order to save the hustle with schedules, we will feed your reservations data directly into our software - SMART, ha? All we need is an iCal link from any of your platforms.
FREE TURNOVER - YES!
Yes, THIS IS RIGHT! You don't need to pay for our services, let your guests do it for you. We will charge you a flat fee per cleaning. If you set your cleaning fee on Airbnb or b.com accordingly, then your guests directly pay for our services. This is a pass-through cost and you can keep 100% of the revenues from your bookings.
